Our “Business is in Business Model” course is prepared for visionaries, game changers, and challengers striving to defy outmoded business models and design tomorrow’s enterprises. On completion of this course, you will be able to:

Module 1: The Business Model Canvas
Learning Objectives:
On completion of Module 1, you should be able to:
- Define business model,
- Describe the 9 building blocks,
- Demonstrate the business model canvas using template
Module 2: Business Model Patterns
Learning Objectives:
On completion of Module 2, you should be able to describe and demonstrate the following business model patterns:
- Unbundling business models pattern,
- The long tail pattern,
- Multi-Sided platform pattern,
- Free as a business model pattern,
- Open business models pattern
Module 3: Business Models Design
On completion of Module 3, you should be able to describe and demonstrate the following techniques and tools of business model design:
- Customer insight,
- Ideation,
- Visual thinking,
- Prototyping,
- Storytelling,
- Scenarios
Module 4: Business Model Strategy
On completion of Module 4, you should be able to explore and examine the following four strategic areas:
- Business model environment,
- Evaluating business models,
- Business model perspective on blue ocean strategy,
- Managing multiple business models.
Module 5: Business Model Design Process
On completion of Module 5, you should be able to describe and demonstrate the following business model processes:
- Mobilization,
- Understanding,
- Designing,
- Implementation, and
- Management.
Module 6: Business Model Outlook
On completion of Module 6, you should be able to:
- Examines business models beyond profit (how the canvas can drive business model innovation in the public and non-profit sectors),
- Suggest how computer-aided business model design might leverage the paper-based approach and allow for complex manipulation of business model elements,
- Discusses the relationship between business models and business plans,
- Addresses issues that arise when implementing business models in either new or existing organization,
- Examines how to better achieve business model and IT alignment.
Module 7: Practical Session
Module 7 is practical and will test your understanding. It deals with the following:
- Examples,
- Illustrations,
- Case Studies, and
- Capstone Project.
Attendance is either by Physical or Virtual
