Course Tittle:              Entrepreneurship and Venture Development

Course Period:            13 Weeks

This course is design to prepare participants to become entrepreneurs, business developers, business leaders, and can also enable participants seek employment in private sector, public sector, blue-chip organizations using the latest practices to understand the essentials of entrepreneurship, business development and management, problem-solving, leadership, and to explore the current global business environment to become successful entrepreneurs, business developers, managers or leaders.

How are you going to develop new skills?

Written and oral skills are developed through class assignments, presentation, interaction and critical thinking. Lectures, case studies, presentations, field trips (where necessary) and projects will help participants to gain practical knowledge of realistic business issues affecting organization’s management, employees and viability of business.

Participants will be required to create their own business project during the course period and present it as if they were to pitch it as a new idea to a group of investors.

Module 12:                  Scaling and exit strategies

Module 13:                  Practical Session

Attendance is either by Physical or Virtual
