International Journal of Business Research, Investment and Financial Reporting (IJBRIFR)
ISSn: 2814-3388
Call for Manuscripts
IJBRIFR is a high impact peer review journal publishing insightful, innovative and contemporary issues in the field of Business, Business Informatics, Investment, Management, Financial Risk Analysis, Financial Reporting and related issues.
When received, manuscripts are first evaluated in terms of contribution and proper fit with the IJBRIFR Editorial Policy. Manuscripts are also evaluated in terms of contribution-to-length ratio. Manuscripts making strong contributions to the international business literature should be 5,000 words and those making narrower contributions about 3,000 words. Word count includes everything: abstract, text, references, tables, figures and appendices etc.
It is in the best interest of the author(s) to be very judicious about length of manuscript. Manuscripts that are considered to be longer than these guidelines will attract additional charges and authors will be notified appropriately after review.
The Manuscript:
- Should be written in English.
- Must be well researched on contemporary issues in the field of Business, Business Informatics, Investment, Management, Financial Risk Analysis, Financial Reporting and related contemporary issues.
- Must be typed on an A4 paper and not more than 5,000 words using 12 points font size and Tahoma fonts type with double line spacing.
- The first page should be the tittle page: including the tittle of the paper and author’s contact information. In case of manuscripts with more than one author, a corresponding author should be indicated.
- The second page should include the tittle of the paper and an abstract of not more than 300 words to capture the main objectives, methodology, discussion of findings, managerial implications, conclusion, recommendation(s) and contribution to knowledge.
- Must not have been previously published by another publisher in whole or in part.
- Must not be under review or accepted elsewhere and will not be submitted to another publication entity during the IJBRIFR review process.
- Must not have been previously submitted to IJBRIFR for review. If the manuscript, or an earlier version of it, was previously rejected by IJBRIFR, and the author wishes to submit it for review, this fact and the justification for resubmission must be clearly communicated by the corresponding author to the IJBRIFR Chief Editor at the time of submission.
- The reference format writing of IJBRIFR is the APA 7 format style. References should be published within the last 10 years
Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to IJBRIFR are reviewed initially by the editors. If the manuscript has a sufficient, appropriate and strong research focus, it will then enter the review process. IJBRIFR follows a double-blind review process, whereby authors do not know reviewers and vice versa. Manuscripts are critically evaluated by at least 3 reviewers. Acceptable manuscripts are usually returned to the author for consideration of comments and observations.
Authors are advised to respect the confidentiality of the review process and should not reveal themselves to reviewers. For example, submitted manuscript should not include any self-revealing information. Authors should also not post their submitted manuscript (including working papers and prior drafts) on websites where it could be easily discovered by potential reviewers. If such is discovered, the manuscript will be rejected immediately.
Copyright Violation
Authors are advised to check their manuscripts for possible breaches of copyright laws (e.g., where permissions are needed for quotations, artwork or tables taken from other publications) and secure the necessary permissions before submission. Authors are to avoid anything in the text that might be actionable, such as defamation. Authors are also advised to avoid using sexist and biased languages that could be interpreted as denigrating to culture, ethnic or other groups. In the case of such occurrences, authors will take full responsibilities and not the journal.
